I found this recipe in a magazine and thought it would be good to try something new. It sounded really yummy. While it WAS nice to try something new, there were a few things that we felt were too strong or "missing" from this pizza.
The goat cheese was too strong and overpoweing, while the caramelized onions needed a bit of acid (maybe some balsamic). Overall, it was great to try something different and I think I would try it again, tweaking a few things. However, I'm not sure Graham would. Too bad...
I do suggest to try it, but change a few things to your taste.
