Last night was GORGEOUS out, so we decided to go to the Port, our favourite restaurant on the Bay, for a drink. Last time we were there, I had the most DELICIOUS cocktail. It sounds gross, but it is one of the only cocktails I have ever had that doesn't taste sweet. It's a combo of whiskey, lemon juice, meringue foam, and malbec wine.

it's the red wine that makes you think it's some sort of sugary juice, but nope! It's delicious and I wish I could figure out how to make it at home!
