Are you okay?

This seemed to be the question of the night last night, while we were "relaxing" on the couch.  I put "relaxing" in quotations, as I just couldn't sit still.

Whether it was because I was bored, was home all day, or couldn't get things off my mind, I just couldn't sit still. 

My only solution, was to get off the couch, bundle up and go for a nice, brisk walk.  Graham got out of his comfy clothes and bundled up with me, which was really nice.
