Curry Night!

We LOVE curry night!  We really miss curry nights in England, as curry there is so different than it is here (read: more authentic).  When we were living in Toronto, we did find an amazing curry place that did take-out.  Since we've moved, we have yet to venture out for a curry, as we usually make it at home.

Graham's favourite meal, or one of them, is curry.  We both love a good vegetable curry, so I decided to surprise him and make an aloo gobi for dinner (potato and cauliflower curry).  We have a book by Atul Kutcher, one of England's famous curry chefs, so I thought I would cook from his book.

Dinner turned out pretty good.  The flavours were amazing, but it needs to be tweaked, as we like our curry sauce slightly thick (who doesn't like to run their naan bread through their sauce????).  I am excited to make it again, as it really has potential.

Pan roasting the potatoes and cauliflower...

Aloo Gobi cooking away!  YUMMY!  We were too busy eating to take a photo of the whole spread, but it was DELICIOUS!
