Ridiculously DELICIOUS!!!!

I was playing around with a new icing recipe today, to finish the sugar cookie/cake pop/cupcake order I have for tomorrow, and I have to say, it is VERY successful!  I usually don't eat what I bake (I will try a mini version, a taste of the icing, or a bite of Graham's "sample" (which he feels he should ALWAYS get when I bake...uh oh!), but this time, it called my name!

If you know me, you know that I LOVE chocolate and peanut butter.  I love it in a S'more. I love it in candy bars.  I love it by the spoonful!  I missed it so much when I was in England, and anytime someone came over, peanut butter was always my request!

So for tomorrow's order, I was given instructions to make 2 dozen of my favourite cupcakes in 2 flavours.  I chose the lemon meringue and chocolate with peanut butter cream cheese icing!  YUM!  I had to make a test batch today to make sure I had my texture/flavour right!

I'm off to eat lunch and then sit down to MY OWN dessert for once!  The Reese's Chocolate cupcake with a peanut butter and milk chocolate cream cheese icing!
